Design brief
Help people who keep a scrapbook turn their own photos into stickers so making a page feels like real paper.
01 · Brief
Photos, cut out and stuck down.
I wrote the brief for scrapbookers: from a photo to a placed sticker in under a minute.
02 · Directions
Three craft tables.
I had agents build a journal desk, a cutting mat and a torn-paper collage.
03 · Prototype
A prototype from photo to page.
Clickable on a phone: pick a photo, trim it with scissors, then peel and stick it.
Safe, loud, then bare.
Checked against
16
test questions from the sprint, which I answered myself, with no skips.
From an empty page to a hand cut.
What worked
- 01Torn paper and tape gave it the most personality.
- 02A guided scissor line kept trimming by hand.
- 03Peel and stick works with a drag or a tap.
What I’d change
- 01Design printable sticker sheets alongside the page.
- 02Time how long trimming ten stickers takes.
- 03Quiet the collage where photos need the room.
